Do I need a boat license to operate a boat?
Yes you do and we offer a free temporary license to all of are customers 19 years and older.
How old do I have to be to rent a boat?
You need to be 19 years or older with a valid drivers license.
Do I get a full orientation on how to use the boat?
Yes, we give you a full orientation and make sure you are 100% comfortable before you leave.
Can I hire a driver?
Yes, you can hire a driver for $25 per hour.
Do I get a free equipment rental?
Yes, we give you one free equipment rental with each boat.
Am I able to keep the boat overnight at my boat lift?
Yes, as long as you have a safe place to dock the boat you can keep it at your boat lift or dock.
Does my boat come with life Jackets?
Yes, your boat comes with as many life jackets as persons in the boat as well as all the safety gear.
Am I able to take the wave runners to different parts of the lake?
Yes, as long as the area is deep enough.
Can I beach the boat or Wave runner?
No, boats and wave runners are not permitted to be beached.
Are two people in a boat allowed to tube or wake board?
No, You need a driver a spotter and a person on the tube. So for tubing and wakeboarding you need three people weather you are on a wave runner or in a boat.
Does my boat or wave runner have insurance?
Yes, 3m Liability and Damage with a $2500 deductible.
Can I Dock my boat and go for lunch?
Yes, you can. Let us know and during the orientation we will show you the proper procedure to tie up your boat safely.
What payment options do I have?
Interac, Visa or Master card. Visa and Master card only for pre auth.
Do I have to pay for my gas?
The boat comes with a full tank of gas and you are required to refill any gas used.
Am I allowed to smoke on the boat?
No. All our rental boats are non smoking
Can I fill the boat up on the lake?
Yes there are a few different places on the lake that you can fill up your boat.
How long does a tank of gas last?
It depends on how fast you are driving the boat.

Can I order food on the lake?
Yes there are several places to order take out food from.
Am I responsible for keeping the boat clean?
Yes, If the boat comes back with sand or food or spilled drinks there is a cleaning charge.

Your damage deposit will be held.
What happens if I am late?
You will be charged a late fee.

You pay the replacement amount on your contract.
